AI Barrister Review – Financial information
When using our AI Barrister Review service, you will need to input your financial details to receive an accurate outcome from the AI review.
Important: We do not store this financial information. Once submitted, you will be unable to retrieve this information. The AI system does not retain any of the information you provide.
If you require a record of the financial details you submit, we recommend that you keep your own copy before submitting the information to the AI Barrister Review tool.
What control do you have over your data?
You retain important rights over your personal data.
- Your data will only be shared outside Family Law Service with your knowledge and consent, unless we are legally required to share it
- We will only process your data in ways you would reasonably expect
- You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Requests will be responded to within one month of receipt
- We will provide this information free of charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. In such cases, a reasonable administrative fee may apply
- If the data includes information about another person, we may not be able to provide it without that person's consent
