There is no hidden catch: the review is a low-cost, largely automated way for you to get a structured, England & Wales-based overview of what a court might look at, without committing to full legal representation. No. The AI barrister review is information, not legal advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified solicitor or barrister. It is based on patterns in family law and case law in England & Wales, but it cannot take into account every detail of your life, your ex-partner’s position or the full evidence a court might see.

We do offer some SRA-regulated solicitor services (clearly marked) and separate unregulated legal information and court document services. The AI Barrister sits in this information category. Using it does not create a solicitor-client relationship and it must not be treated as a formal barrister’s opinion for court.
